The Braam Oversight Panel actively solicits comments from the public and organizations regarding its recommendations and reports.
Comments and input are accepted on an ongoing basis.
How to Provide Comments to the Braam Panel
- Braam Panel meetings are open to the public, and a portion of the agenda is set aside for public comment.
Meetings are held quarterly, and the schedule can be found here.

How to Obtain Braam Documents
The Braam Panel issues the following types of documents:
- Implementation Plan defining the specific ways that the Panel will measure whether the goals of the settlement
agreement are being reached; and
- Monitoring (Progress) Reports measuring progress toward the goals, outcomes, benchmarks, and action steps
identified in the Implementation Plan for each six-month period.
- Decisions on Compliance Plans, in which the Panel issues decisions on plans proposed by the Department
to achieve compliance with provisions for which the Panel has determined that adequate progress has not been made.
